Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Every Wiseguy Workouts order is made to order, so please allow time for both production and delivery.

Production time: Orders are produced and prepared before they ship, typically within 2–5 business days.

Shipping time (after production):

  • United States: usually 3–7 business days
  • International: usually 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs

Total delivery time is production time plus shipping time. Timeframes are estimates and aren't guaranteed, as carrier delays can occur.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping address: Please double-check your address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete and a package is returned, you'll be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm the corrected address. Unclaimed or uncollected shipments that are returned also require a paid reshipment.

International duties & customs: Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. Packages rejected or returned by customs are not eligible for a refund.

Lost or delayed packages: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at wiseguyworkoutsmanager@gmail.com and we'll help track it down. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
