Returns & Refunds
Every Wiseguy Workouts order is made to order, so we handle returns differently than a typical store.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery at [wiseguyworkoutsmanager@gmail.com] with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description. If approved, we'll ship a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Lost packages: Let us know within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll help track it down.
Cancellations: Once an order enters production we can't cancel or refund it, so reach out immediately if you need a change.
Not covered: We can't refund or replace orders for buyer's remorse (change of mind), wrong or incomplete shipping addresses, unclaimed or uncollected deliveries, or packages rejected/returned by customs. International customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds: Approved refunds post to your original payment method within a few business days. If it's delayed, check with your card company and bank, then contact us.
